MailDesk offers various plans that grow with your team.

What distinguishes the plans?

  • Number of mailboxes — How many email addresses you can connect
  • Number of agents — How many team members have access
  • Tickets per month — How many tickets can be processed
  • Storage space — For email attachments

Annual billing

With annual payment, you save 20% compared to monthly billing. You can switch anytime between monthly and annual billing.

View current plan

Under Settings → Billing you can see your current plan, the used quotas (mailboxes, agents, tickets, storage), and make plan changes.
