MailDesk can automatically translate any message in the ticket history — ideal for international teams or multilingual customers.
The translation uses the same AI provider and API key that you have set up for response generation. The language is automatically detected and translated into German (or the language of your MailDesk interface).
Translations are cached in the browser so you won’t be charged multiple times for the same message. They are regenerated when the page is reloaded.
