Archiving and Deleting Tickets

Cleaning Up the Ticket System

Archiving

Closed tickets can be archived. Archived tickets disappear from the main list and can be accessed via the Archive section in the sidebar. All data remains intact.

When to Archive?

Archive tickets that are completely resolved and should no longer clutter the ticket list. A good practice: archive all closed tickets older than 30 days.

Deleting

Tickets can only be deleted by admins and owners. Deleted tickets are permanently removed — including all messages and attachments. Use this function only for spam or accidentally created tickets.

Attachments and Storage Space

Attachments are retained when archiving. Only when deleting a ticket are the attachments also removed and the storage space freed up. Your current storage usage is visible under Settings → Billing.
