Once you have translated your articles, the public Help Center automatically displays the correct language — based on the URL.
If a translation for an article in the desired language does not exist, the original article is displayed. This way, customers always see content — never a blank page.
Not only articles, but category names and descriptions are displayed in the correct language in the Help Center, provided a translation exists.
First translate the most important 5-10 articles and all categories. This way, your international customers immediately get a good impression, even if not everything is translated yet.
